About Me

I am a dance and theatre artist who believes that storytelling is a collaborative act, and that the best work happens when people feel seen, trusted, and invited to take creative risks. My work lives at the intersection of performance, movement, and education, where curiosity and craft are given equal weight.
 

As a choreographer and director, I am drawn to projects that are physically expressive and emotionally grounded. I approach theatre and dance as living, breathing processes rather than fixed products, valuing rehearsal rooms that encourage play, experimentation, and honest conversation. Whether working on stage or behind the scenes, I bring a steady, thoughtful presence and a deep respect for the people I collaborate with.
 

Teaching is not a separate process, but an extension of my artistry. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence, discipline, and creative ownership. I meet students where they are, then challenge them to go further than they thought possible. Technique and rigor matter, but so does joy. I create learning environments that are structured yet warm, where students are encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and develop both skill and self-awareness. I believe that strong artists are also strong communicators, collaborators, and humans.
